Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid financial planning consultations offered by Routecore Mortgage Planning Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Routecore Mortgage Planning จำกัด), Tax ID 0105104332181.
Scope
It covers consultation fees for mortgage affordability and repayment planning work. It does not govern third-party lender charges, government fees, or property transactions.
Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before a confirmed session: full refund of fees paid for that session, or one free reschedule within 60 days.
- Within 48 hours: up to 50% of the session fee may be retained to cover reserved time; remainder refunded or credited.
- No-show without notice: fee is non-refundable.
Proposed timeframes — confirm with us before payment if your engagement letter states different terms.
Cancellation by us
If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or priority reschedule at no extra charge.
After work has started
If you cancel after we have delivered a written draft or scenario pack, fees for work already performed are non-refundable; any unused prepaid balance is refunded within 14 business days.
How to request a refund
Email info@content-routecore.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. Call +66-2-583-4197 for urgent matters. We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
Deposits
If a deposit applies to your engagement, it is applied to the final invoice. Deposits are refundable under the same notice windows above unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email.
Exceptions
Force majeure events (severe weather, official travel restrictions) qualify for reschedule without penalty. Disputes should first be raised with us directly; consumer protection remedies under Thai law remain available where applicable.
